Faith

Have  faith:

Faith is the foundation of our Christian identity. In Hebrews 11:1 faith is the way of HOLDING ONTO what we HOPE for, BEING CERTAIN of what we cannot see. The history of faith began with Abrahams resilience in obeying Gods word which later gained him a great height in the presence of God that God made him great promises which today we reap as believers.

Whenever we express our faith in God, our attitude ought to change, because faith goes with good attitude which expresses itself in our daily activities.

It was for faith that the apostles were able to receive the Holy Spirit 50 days after the resurrection of Jesus (Passover), their attitude changed. Their fears were conquered and they moved into the world and became conquerors. Some of them like Paul went and ministered even in the unexpected areas, places where he experienced great obstacles ( Acts 16:16-30) yet he became victorious. All the apostles were able to endure every obstacles of this world and at last were crowned with the crown of glory.

It was for faith that in Luke 18:38 the blind man shouted Jesus, son of David: have mercy on me and Jesus heard him and healed him.

It was for faith that Zacchaeus was able to experience Jesus in his house even in the midst of his sinfulness John 19.

It was for faith that Mary and Martha were able to have their brother Lazarus back from the dead John 11:38-44

It was for faith that Mary said YES and today we are redeemed!
